Our 2012 pheasant hunting season at The Grand Lodge delivered some outstanding pheasant numbers, the return of many old friends while introducing the legend of South Dakota pheasant hunting to plenty of new faces.
The Grand Lodge is operated by hunters for hunters. So the vast knowledge and good old fashioned hard work of our Lodge owners, guides and their dogs in reading the terrain and the ever changing weather in South Dakota will guarantee some very impressive pheasant hunting while hearing “rooster” all day… everyday.
With over 15,000 acres of the working family farm and ranch, you are pheasant hunting in milo, combined corn fields, sloughs, cattails, grass areas, ravines, dams and mature shelter belts.
